The Eye of the EmiratesHave not been on it. Once remarked that aisa to hamare India mein bhi hota hai. CK smiled and informed me that the boxes are air conditioned. I promptly shut up then. The view from up there is supposed to be quite spectacular but have not been on it yet. It's on my things to do list when Parul gets here.
If you think that's its a rip off of the London eye. You are right. But what I must also add is the fact that the London Eye is in fact owned by A Dubai based company.
Sharjah CornicheWell its not quite all desert here. The corniche is a man made lagoon with water diverted from the sea. The Sharjah Corniche also boasts of a man made fountain which is essentially a jet of water that bursts out of the waterbody.
